Who we are

This website belongs to Deoch Mara, the makers of Mara, in Sligo, Ireland. To reach us about your data, email donal@drinkmara.com or use our contact form.

What we collect, and why

• Your answers to the questionnaire. We use them to improve Mara. We do not ask for your name.
• Your email address, only if you give it and tick the box. We use it for the draw for one 12 pack and to contact you by email. You can send feedback without entering the draw or giving an email.
• Messages sent through the contact form (your name, email and message), so we can reply to you.
• Your device’s internet address, held in memory for up to 10 minutes to stop spam. It is not stored.

No cookies, no advertising and no tracking.

Who handles it

Answers and messages reach the Deoch Mara team by email. Two services help us do that: Vercel hosts this website and Resend delivers the emails. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for email contact until you ask us to stop. We keep questionnaire answers and messages only as long as we need them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to email contact at any time: reply to any of our emails, write to donal@drinkmara.com or use the contact form. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
